Hollin Hills Civic Association Membership 2010 - 2011

The 2010 membership drive for the Civic Association of Hollin Hills (CAHH) is currently underway. I would like to invite every resident of Hollin Hills to join the Civic Association. Click 2010-2011 CAHH Membership Formto download the form. 

Membership dues in the CAHH are $100 for the membership year, which is May 1 to April 30. The membership fee is due on May 15th, but payment is gladly accepted throughout the year. Expenses related to the 30+ acres of neighborhood parklands account for more than half of the annual CAHH budget. Additional parks donations are welcomed to help cover park improvements and maintenance. 

Benefits of membership include receiving the Bulletin, the HH Directory, the July 4th Picnic, and the Winter Potluck. Your membership also supports the Association, which runs the neighborhood watch, enforces the architectural covenants and attends to other business. The entire HH community is organized into greeter areas. Please contact your area Greeter, listed in the Section I of the HH Directory, or me, the Membership Director, for any concerns or needs pertaining to membership. 

Membership in the Civic Association of Hollin Hills is open to residents of the Hollin Hills community. Thank you for investing in your community. Please support the Association by joining or renewing your annual membership in the CAHH.

Membership fees are $80/ individual,$110/family,$50/junior annually. To join fill-out our membership formhere– and mail form with check made payable to Hollin Hills Tennis Club to HHTC Treasures Joe and Kathy McGuinn, 7305 Admiral Drive, Alexandria, VA 22307.

Activities

Every Thursday night from May - October - round-robin night starting at 6pm. Meet/greet and play with other members in the club.

Youth tennis - During the summer break tennis lessons will be offered prior to swim practice. For more info contact Andrew Ryan at 768-4926 – or visit the bulletin board at the courts.

Tournaments

Round robin tournaments are open to all members playing at any level. Refreshments will be provided by the HHTC. The 2006 tournament schedule is as follows:

• Saturday May 27th – Memorial Day Tournament – 10 am- 12 am
• Saturday June 17th - Potluck Dinner Tournament – starts at 4pm – till dark
• Saturday July 15th - July 4th Tournament - 10 am to 12 am
• Saturday September 2nd – Labor Day Tournament – 10 am – 12 am
